Kathleen M. McRoberts is the Director of EmbryoGift and the Managing Attorney at Third Party Reproduction Law. Kathleen has been practicing assisted reproduction technology law for over 13 years.
Kathleen’s legal and personal in-vitro fertilization experience enables her to truly be a resource for couples and singles going through embryo donation to help build their families. With a deep commitment to helping others and a passion and knowledge of the assisted reproduction field, she provides a sound and compassionate approach to the legal process.
Ms. McRoberts received her J.D. from Seattle University (cum laude), her L.L.M. from the University of Florida; MPA from Seattle University, and her B.S. in Geological Engineering (magna cum laude) from the University of Utah. She is a member of the Idaho State Bar, Utah State Bar, American Society of Reproductive Medicine, American Bar Association ART Section, Idaho Women Lawyers, and Utah Women Lawyers. As the only attorney in Idaho and Utah with a full-time practice devoted solely to assisted reproduction technology law, Ms. McRoberts has assisted hundreds of clients with their family formation goals through egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation, and surrogacy.

Deborah H. LaSalle, J.D.
Embryo Donor and Contracts Coordinator
Deborah Hiller LaSalle is the Embryo Donor and Contracts Coordinator for EmbryoGift. She recently published an article in The Advocate, a publication of the Idaho State Bar, on the importance of couples knowing and defining the destiny of embyros.
Ms. LaSalle coordinates embryo donations and prepares embryo donation agreements between couples who have excess embryos and families looking to expand by methods that are less expensive than IVF or traditional adoption. Her law and communications background enable to work closely with clients to find solutions tailored to their needs.
She has had one child biologically and adopted her second child through a traditional adoption. She is passionate about supporting families in their growth as well as making the process as straight forward and clear as possible.
Ms. LaSalle received her J.D. from the University of Utah, studying international treaties law at the University of Innsbruck in Austria. She received her B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Idaho, studying chemical engineering at the University of California at Berkeley.
